New Billing Details Available

We’ve enhanced the billing section of the site. Here’s a quick overview of what’s available:

• Bill Summary. Get a quick overview of your unpaid balance, new charges and total amount due.
• Bill Details. View a breakdown of current and past bills by service (ex. monthly fees, local calls, etc.).
• Activity Details. See a comprehensive list of calling activity and service usage for current and previous billing cycles (ex. calling date, duration, etc.).
• Billing & Payment History. View your payment history details for previous billing cycles.

Our registration process has changed so that you can log in with your mobile number and a password that you select. For this reason, if this is your first time visiting the new and improved billing area, please register first.

How to log in to see your bill information

1. In the ‘mobile number’ field in the upper right corner of the screen, enter your mobile number starting with 9 (for example, 912345678).
2. In the password field, enter your password. Remember that the password is case-sensitive.
3. Click ‘Login’.
